Method for Measuring the Uranium Contamination in Fuel Particle Coatings. Dragon Project Report
Description
A technique is described for detecting uranium in fuel particle coatings. It is shown that the technique can be placed on a quantitative basis and since the sensitivity is considerably greater than obtainable with current methods, e.g., mioroprobe analysis, it offers scope in diffusion and coating contamination studies.
