Promising materials technology and equipment for welding, weld-cladding and surface coating

Review of materials, technology and equipment, designed for welding and weld-cladding in power engineering is made. Grades of welding wire, strip electrodes, fluxes for NPP vessel equipment welding, turbine rotors, weld-cladding for anticorrosion and strengthening surface coatings for faste ners are indicated. Technology of thin-wall component laser welding, plasma - are surface spraying, pipe welding including ribbed ones, as well as equipment to realized this technology are briefly described
