Description
Quality assurance programmes for a nuclear power plant provide an excellent opportunity for local engineers to obtain information and get through training through active participation in all phases of the project. Such programmes provide a framework which not only helps to improve plant performance but whose effective implementation acts as a catalyst for the gradual transfer of knowledge to the local engineers.
