X-ray irradiation of planar diffusion symistor structures as a method for increasing the magnetosensitivity

Description
One introduced technique to improve magnetic sensitivity (MS) of planar diffusion symistors (PDS) by X-irradiation of structures. It is shown that mechanical introduction of surface defects may improve MS properties in parallel with irradiation. One investigated into processes and mechanisms affecting improvement of the mentioned properties under some galvanomagnetic effects

Предложен метод повышения магниточувствительности (МЧ) планарно-диффузионных симисторов (ПДС) посредством облучения структур рентгеновским излучением. Показано, что наряду с облучением повышение МЧ свойств также осуществляется внесением поверхностных дефектов механическим путем.
