Two-dimensional random array of Josephson-coupled fine particles
Description
Temperature and magnetic field dependence of resistivity of two-dimensional Josephson coupled random array of tin particles is measured. Sample consists of Sn particles of 300A in diameter which are randomly distributed on substrate and coupled to each other through thin oxide layers. Variety of temperature and magnetic field dependence is observed, depending on the degree of oxidation. (orig.)
