Skyrmions and nuclear forces
Description
It is shown that the Skyrme model underlied by the large-Nc limit of the QCD has a qualitative success in describing the static properties of nucleon and the NN and the πN interactions. Despite this, no medium-range attraction in the central NN potential and no Yukawa πN interaction term are serious. I will talk about how they are. (orig.)
