Energy in the Mediterranean area in the year 2005

The energy question in the Euro-Mediterranean area in the year 2005 has been discussed during the meeting of the economical and social committees of the 15 countries of the European Union and of the 12 countries bordering on the Mediterranean basin. This conference has held in Paris the 21. and 22. November, 1996. Large abstracts of this meeting synthesis are given. (O.M.)
