Multiwaves mechanism for the high-current relativistic electron beams interaction with plasma

Description

Basic peculiarities of high-current relativistic electron beams interaction with plasma systems are presented on the basis of Cherenkov synchronism. Results of linear and multiwave nonlinear theory are given. It is shown that interaction of high-current relativistic electron beams with plasma is of qualitatively different character as compared to plasma-beam interaction under low-current conditions
