Evidence of I = 1/2 resonant states in charged-current-induced weak one-pion production
Description
Recent data of weak charged-current one-pion production obtained in the BNL deuterium bubble chamber are compared with a model which includes resonant and nonresonant contributions coming from the πN invariant-mass region extended up to 1.6--1.7 GeV/c2. Rather clear evidence of the I = 1/2 first resonances is seen to emerge
