Developments in orbit control at the SRS at Daresbury

Description

Major improvements to the SRS orbit control and monitoring systems are planned in response to the User requirement for high beam position stability. Existing electron and photon beam monitoring systems are reviewed. An overview of the new systems is presented with a discussion on proposed methods for automatic beam position control. (author)
