Dependences of NMR-liners quadrupole widening in copper and aluminium from dislocation loops density
Description
Crystal lattice defects call appreciable widening of NMR-liners of metals. At that general contribution in widening brings interaction of nuclear quadrupole moments with gradients of electric fields on it. Calculation of dependences of quadrupole frequencies second moments from density of dislocation loops for copper and aluminium is carried out. It is concluded, that at loop density value >2.5·1017 cm-3 calculation it is necessary take into account superposition effect of elastic fields of neighboring defects
