Big growth of the ethanol in the United States

Description
In the context of the increase of the petroleum prices, the debate on the energy at the Unites States, is favorable to the bio-fuels and in particular to the ethanol. The energy bill of 2004 should intensify this increase with a Renewable Fuel Standard which imposes a little percentage of a renewable fuel in each fuel gallon. (A.L.B.)
