Investigation of relaxation phenomena in LiNbO3 monocrystal

Description

The overlapping of polarization phenomena characteristic for dielectrics and electric charge transport characteristic for semiconductors results in specific relaxation phenomena in monocrystal of lithium niobate. The results of the study on relaxation phenomena on the base of monocrystal behaviour in external electric field have been presented and discussed. 5 refs, 3 figs
