Knowledge management in industrial districts as support of innovation. Proposal of a metrologic based on Strelnet model

One of the major challenges of endogenous development resides in how to improve the competitiveness of a territory. By fomenting innovation in industrial districts, one can give rise to strategic value capable of promoting competitive advantages and, at the same time, makes possible for greater sustainable development of the territory. To innovate implies making knowledge a key element; therefore those tasks that are dedicated to the management and incorporation of new knowledge in organizations will be fundamental in this process.
