Hydrodynamic schemes of metal underground leaching (UL) at ore deposits and conditions of their application are reviewed. Natural factors affecting the development of uranium deposits by UL and physical-chemical regularities of uranium behaviour when leaching with sulfuric acid solutions are evaluated. The classification of UL systems is presented, control methods, calculation procedures of UL conditions, analytic dependences, nomograms and technical-economical indices of underground leaching systems are considered
