Description

Low-carbon economy is a big progress after agricultural civilization and industrial civilization in human society. Environment, especially atmospheric environment, is not a closed system. Thus, the whole region should be taken into consideration on air pollution control. In this paper, quantitative analysis and horizontal comparison are conducted on the air pollution in the perspectives of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The figures show that there is a close relationship between economic structure and air pollution. To control the air pollution of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, it is imperative to adjust the industrial structure of Hebei.
