Conversion of magnetogravitational waves in the solar atmosphere

Description
The theory of the interconversion of all types of magnetogravitational waves in an isothermal atmosphere is developed. The conversion coefficients permitted the calculation of the spectra of slow waves for the case when the sonic noise spectrum in the convection zone is given. Conversion leads to an increase in the directionality of slow waves and the appearance of reflected slow modes of a selected value of the horizontal wavelength at which the conversion coefficient is greatest
