Description
Objective: To study on the relationship between the serum levels of sIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-α and lung cancer diagnosis, therapeutic evaluation and prognosis. Methods: Serum sIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-α levels was detected by the ELISA, respectively, in lung cancer patients before chemotherapy, and compared with those of post-chemotherapy. Results: The levels of sIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than that of control. The levels of sIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-α was significantly decreased in patients with lung cancer after the chemotherapy. Conclusion: The biological activities of sIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-α can be regarded as the supplementary indexes for diagnosis, therapeutic evaluation and prognosis in the patients with lung cancer
