Synthesis of benzo-derivatives of 1,2,6-oxatellurazocine

Description
Dehydrobromination reaction is used for synthesis of unknown earlier 1,2,6-oxatellurazocine benzo-derivatives (1). 2-(2-bromo-tellurio-1-cyclohexenyl-methyl- amino)phenols (2) can serve as initial compounds for preparation of the last named. Synthesis of the (2) imines was performed by reaction of 2-dibromotellurio-1-cyclohexene carbaldehyde (3) with o-amino phenols. As in preparation of series of other azomethines the reaction was attempted with elimination of methyl bromyl molecules and could result to (2) azomethines with the yield of 78-85 %. At treatment of suspensions of (2) azomethines in benzene by equimolar amount of triethylamine with following temporary boiling of reaction mixtures (1) heterocycles with the yield of 71-87 % were obtained
Abstract (Russian)
Реакция дегидробромирования использована для синтеза неизвестных ранее бензопроизводных 1,2,6-оксателлуразоцина (1). Исходными соединениями для получения последних послужили 2-(2-бромтеллурио-1-циклогексенил-метиленамино)фенолы (2). Синтез иминов (2) был осуществлен взаимодействием 2-дибромметилтеллурио-1-циклогексенкарбальдегида (3) с о-аминофенолами. Как и при получении ряда других азометинов, реакция сопровождалась элиминированием молекул метилбромила и привела к азометинам (2) с выходом 78-85 %. При обработке суспензий азометинов (2) в бензоле эквимолярным количеством триэтиламина с последующим кратковременным кипячением реакционной смеси были получены гетероциклы (1) с выходом 71-87 %Additional details
