Elimination of matrix effect in X-ray fluorescence analysis

Description
The correction is discussed of matrix effects of the two-component Cr2O3-ZnO system at X-ray fluorescence analysis by the Lanchance-Trail method and by Rasberry-Heinrich method. The results obtained are compared to those obtained by the external standard method. (H.S.)
