On exact dynamic theories acting on a set background

Description
Exact dynamic theories, induced by division of variables in the initial theory into background and final dynamic parts were constructed. Their certain nonequivalence for different choice of divided variables was established. Gauge invariance, following from 4-space shifts, and dynamic theories in GRT were discussed
