The influence of X-ray irradiation on the activity of tyrosine protein kinases in lymphocytes of rat's spleen and thymus

Description
The influence of X-rays on the activity of tyrosine protein kinase in lymphocytes of rat's spleen and thymus is observed. The destruction of activation of this enzyme by the epidermal growth factor after X-ray irradiation of rats in doses of 0.5 and 1 Gy is established. Irradiation leads to the translocation of enzyme's activity from a membrane to cytosol
