Power HF generator of module structure for accelerators and storage rings

Description

A power HF generator with the maximum power from 150 to 600 kW is intended for supplying storage rings and accelerators. A module principle of the output cascade of the generator is used. It simplifies production, assembly and tuning of the generators. Operation experience of the four-module generator in the HF system of the VEPP-4 storage ring showed that its service life is 6000-8000 h at the efficiency of 54%

Описан мощный ВЧ-генератор с максимальной выходной мощностью от 150 до 600 кВт, предназначенный для питания накопителей и ускорителей. Для упрощения производства, сборки и настройки используется модульный принцип построения выходного каскада генератора. Опыт эксплуатации четырехмодульного генератора в составе накопителя ВЭПП-4 показал, что его срок службы около 6000-8000 ч при КПД 54%
