Hard thermal loops and their Noether currents
Description
The effective action found by Braaten and Pisarski, and by Frenkel, Taylor, and Wong that summarizes all hard thermal loops is investigated. Nonlocal field equations for ψ and Aμ are derived. Nonlocal forms are constructed for the U(1)-vector and axial-vector currents, the SU(N)-vector and axial-vector currents, the energy-momentum tensor, and the angular momentum density. (author)
