This document is a discussion of the European uranium enrichment consortium URENCO. The shareholders consist of: (1) BNFL from the U.K., (2) UCN in Holland, and (3) Uranit in Germany. The history of enrichment efforts in Europe are discussed, and a description of the Capenhurst facility is given. The article concludes with an interview with the CEO of URENCO
