The 'Problem 4/3' as a Consequence of Contracted Length Non-Covariance
Description
It is emphasized that the known non-covariance of the energy and the momentum of the electromagnetic field of a moving charge is a direct consequence of the generally accepted definition of dimensions of moving objects. As known, according to this definition the longitudinal sizes contract. 8 refs
