Description

The development of instrumentation and control of the French nuclear power plants of the 900 MW to l400 MW series is presented in short, and that of the N4 series in detail. This consists of two levels: the automation level and that of operator interfaces. The description of the control room covers the plant, the man-machine interface, operator facilities, displays and alarms. Experiences with a simulator are communicated. 4 figs
