Comment on couplings of a Pomeranchuk cut

Description
We examine the asymptotic behavior of an inclusive cross section in the triple-Regge region implied by the existence of a leading $J$-plane branch point. We find a relation between the coupling and the hardness of the discontinuity across the branch cut. In particular, if the discontinuity is soft, the coupling analogous to the triple-Pomeranchuk vertex need not vanish at $t=0$.
