Description

Important reviews of investigations into the heart of the efficient theory of cost are given in the context of nuclear energetics briefly. Unified formula for price of the product involving all categories of costs from current to capital ones is performed. It is shown as it stands more capital-intensive industrial objects than is evident from the direct formula of calculated costs are useful economically. Taking into account of the obtained results is liable to visible decreasing calculated price of NPP electric power as compared with the now-applied procedure

Abstract (Russian)

В конспективной форме даны важные с позиций ядерной энергетики итоги исследований основ рациональной теории стоимости. Приводится единая формула цены продукта, охватывающая все категории затрат от текущих до капитальных. Показано, что в существующих условиях экономически выгодными являются более капиталоемкие промышленные объекты, чем это следует из директивной формулы расчетных затрат. Учет полученных результатов должен привести к заметному снижение расчетной стоимости электроэнергии на АЭС по сравнению с тем, что дает ныне применяемая методика
