Random coefficient H mode scalings
Description
The random coefficient two stage regression algorithm with the collisional Maxwell Vlasov constraint (C.M.V.) is tested to the I.T.E.R. H mode confinement database. The resulting scaling is similar to ITER89P with a slightly stronger size dependence. (author) 5 refs., 3 tabs
