Poles of the s matrix for a complex surface delta function potential
Description
The resonance properties of the potential V(r) = vδ(r–R) are investigated for both real and complex values of v (absorptive potentials). The poles of the s wave S matrix are given and the persistence of a resonance with increasing absorption is discussed.
