Reason of calculation method of inelastic transition potentials and form factors in semimicroscopic approach

A new derivation of closed expressions for optical potentials and form factors of inelastic transitions for intermediate nuclei in a semimicroscopic approach is presented. A numerical analysis of convergence of the respective expansions is conducted. Factorization approximation is grounded
