Description
This decree mainly contains modifications brought to a previous regulatory and legal texts (notably the decrees of the 30 December 2015 and of the 10 November 1999) regarding nuclear pressurised equipment and accessories used for their protection. These statements concern manufacturers, operators, compliance assessment bodies involved in the field of nuclear pressurised equipment. The scope is the assessment of the compliance and the in-service follow-up of these equipment.
