DRFIT: a program for fitting radiation survival models
Description
The program DRFIT is a comprehensive program for fitting survival curve data to any of a number of radiation survival models. Split-dose experiments and compartmental models are not handled directly by the program at present. It is written in Fortran for VAX computers (Digital Equipment Co. Ltd) under the VMS operating system. The Simpleplot subroutine library (Bradford University Software Services Ltd, UK) is used for graphical output. A facility to perform analysis of variance F-tests comparing any pair of fits is included in the program. This allows the testing of hypothesis concerning differences in the fitted model terms between datasets. Statistical tests comparing models are not currently included, but can readily be performed using information provided by the program. (author)
