Solvent for growing CdSuAs2 monocrystals and layers from solution-melts

Description
The CdSnAs2 solubility and temperature ranges of crystallization in the melts of tin, eutectic mixture of cadmium and tin, bismuth, lead in the eutectic mixture of bismuth and lead have been determined. The liquidus curves are constructed in the given systems for the solutions with the content of CdSnAs2 up to approximately 15 mol.%. It has been shown possible to use as solvents in growing CdSnAs2 from the solution-melts of bismuth, lead and of eutectic mixture of bismuth and lead
