Electron energy distribution function in SSM-Discharge Plasma

Description
In this work the results of our experimental and numeric investigations of electron energy distribution function (EEDF) in such SSM-discharge are presented. Experimental and numeric investigations of SSM-discharge maintained by plasma stream have shown that in deuterium plasma of such a discharge optimal electron temperature for bulk negative ion generation is formed
