Phase transitions in the electroweak theory at finite temperature and density
Description
It is shown that the critical leptonic charge density necessary for the condensation of W-mesons in the electroweak theory is increased by heating the system. The phase-transition diagrams between the different condensed phases (Higgs- and W±-condensate) are found, and the relation between the critical temperature and the leptonic charge density are given in the high-temperature limit.
