Investigation of radiation influence on LED
- 1. National university of science and technology "MISiS" 119049, Leninskiy pr., bl.4, Moscow (Russian Federation)
Description
In this paper the investigation goal was to study the radiation effect (irradiation by fast electrons) on detectors, LEDs electro-physical parameters as they are widely used in space shuttles, satellites and airplanes on which space radiation influence. It was detected the critical value of irradiation for the irreversible changes in LED. The way for reducing characteristics degradation is suggested. (paper)
