Description
Polarization experiments on electromagnetic interactions at intermediate energies can benefit of the technique of internal gas targets in electron storage rings. Progresses have been made and are still expected on the performances of polarized gas targets and polarized electron beams suggesting the construction of dedicated storage rings for polarization experiments.
