Electronic components with yttrium- and bismuth-based high-Tc superconductors
Description
This project investigates the fabrication of microwave components by use of high-Tc superconductors. Detailed descriptions are given of the manufacturing and use of active Y-Ba-Cu-O components. The surface resistance of thin films used in high-quality passive microwave components such as resonators and filters is measured and optimized. (orig./MM)

Ziel dieses Vorhabens war es, mit Hochtemperatur-Supraleitern Mikrowellenbauelemente herzustellen. Neben der ausfuehrlich beschriebenen Herstellung und Anwendung von aktiven Bauelementen aus Y-Ba-Cu-O sollte unter anderem der Oberflaechenwiderstand von Duennfilmen im Hinblick auf die Anwendung in hochwertigen passiven Mikrowellenbauelementen, wie z.B. Resonatoren und Filter, gemessen und optimiert werden. (orig./MM)
