Nuclear needs

  • 1. Theodore Barry and Associates, Los Angeles, CA

Description

The NEEDS assessment is a diagnostic tool used by Theodore Barry and Associates and its clients to identify deficiencies in work management or creation of work management systems. The assessment yields an action plan for consolidation, improvement, or creation of work management systems that helps managers control work flow, plan manpower, and increase productivity. The basis of the assessment is an evaluation of human performance standards and how they are measured and monitored. For the purposes of this paper, work management is defined as a collection of formal processes for ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources to accomplish required work within reasonable service levels with acceptable quality and good safety practices
