Electrical properties and component distribution of Sn1-zGezTe:In solid solution in films, obtained by the pulse laser sputtering method

Description
A study was made on properties of thin layers of ternary solid solutions Sn1-zGezTe and PbxSn1-xTe, alloyed with In. It is shown that use of the method of laser sputtering enables to reproduce satisfactorily in thin layer the parameters of superconducting transition, close to their values in volume samples. The obtained distributions over the thickness of components of solid solution and alloying impurity in films are important for creation of structures of small dimensions with superconducting properties. 11 refs.; 9 figs.; 2 tabs
