Titrimetric determination of uranium in uranium-palladium alloy (Preprint No. RA-04)

Description
A titrimetric method for the determination of uranium in uranium-palladium alloy has been developed. Pd(II) was reduced to metal by Fe(II) in H3PO4 medium which settles down after centrifugation. The supernatant along with the washings of the precipitate was taken for the determination of uranium. A precision of ±0.5 per cent was obtained at 2-5mg level of uranium. (author)
