Description
The generalization of the approach according to which spectra of even-even nuclei unite into F-spin multiplets is suggested. All even-even nuclei with valent nucleons pertaining to one shell are considered as a unified symplex multiplet. The above model makes use of some main concepts of the IBM-2 model but at the same time greatly differs from it. At this stage only phenomenologic features of even nuclei spectra are discussed
