Interaction piezoelectric ceramics on the base of zirconium-titanium-lead solid solutions (PZT) with solders on various bases

Description
One evaluated thermodynamically the interaction between the PZT type zircon-titanium-lead (lead, titanium and zirconium oxides) solid solution base piezoelectric ceramics and the metals of the low melting point (Sn, Sn-Pb, Pb) and of the medium melting point (Ag, Ag-Cu, Ag-Cu-Pd) solders. One verified experimentally the results of the thermodynamic calculations via evaluation of the adhesion and the capillary properties of the solders in the PZT type ceramics. The presence of palladium is assumed to promote deepening of the solder-ceramics transition zone in the piezoceramics direction

Выполнена термодинамическая оценка взаимодействия пьезокерамики на основе твердого раствора цирконата титаната свинца типа ЦТС (оксидов свинца, титана и циркония) с металлами легкоплавких (Sn, Sn-Pb, Pb) и среднеплавких (Ag, Ag-Cu, Ag-Cu-Pd) припоев. Проведена экспериментальная проверка результатов термодинамических расчетов путем оценки адгезии и капиллярных свойств припоев на пьезокерамике типа ЦТС. Предполагается, что присутствие палладия способствует расширению на значительную глубину переходной зоны припой-керамика в сторону пьезокерамикиAdditional details
