Electron superstructure of (La1-xMx)2CuO4
Description
Model of (La1-xMx)2CuO4 structure is suggested. The decisive role in the model is played by spontaneous break of symmetry of electron subsystem, which is not related with nucleus displacement. Such assumption enables to explain some properties of the substance and is naturally explained by means of microscopy
