Performance improvement of multipurpose moisture removal device

Description

A moisture removing device in the industrial automation system is a device that can prevent a mechanical failure from malfunctioning caused by moisture condensation induced by temperature difference between the ambient and compressed air supply line. It was selected for the polycarbonate material irradiated through the water removal apparatus, and materials selected for the calculations was performed. A calculation based on the first, the second pressure test was carried out, and secure the safety factor of 5 times or more than the working pressure. In addition, when the critical point pressure test was confirmed through high speed cameras. The results of this study were reducing production costs, improved productivity and quality. And it was exported to evaluate the product delivery contract to the Air Force and the Japanese companies to take advantage of the results of this study, carried out promotional activities for domestic and overseas exhibitions. In the future, large and small production has been demanded for air requirements, the development of antibacterial and antiseptic removal device for application to the medical and food industry are required.
