Data acquisition system of 64 channel position sensitive detector

Description
The data acquisition system of 64-channel position sensitive detector that base on current-voltage convertor, PCI-6224 DAQ card and LabVIEW program was developed. The test result obtained by using a 10 nA, 20 nA and 30 nA electron beam incident to the detector and the position spectrum was measured. The result indicated that the system worked well and showing stable and reliable performance. (authors)
