Composition, microstructure and superconducting and ferroelectric properties of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O/Pb-Ti-Zr-O heterostructures

Description
Ferroelectric-superconductor layered structures, which are planar layers of ferroelectric film Pb-Ti-Zr-O on superconducting ceramics Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O and superconducting films Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O on ferroelectric ceramics Pb-Ti-Zr-O, separated by barrier layers of Ag, Au, Pd, Pt, have bean synthesized and studied. Film heterostructures, i.e. substrate LaAlO3 / superconducting film Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x / ZrO2 film / ferroelectric film Pb(Ti0.6Zr0.4)O3, in which the temperatures of superconducting and ferroelectric transitions are 80 and 638 K respectively, have been synthesized and characterized for the first time

Синтезированы и исследованы слоевые структуры сегнетоэлектрик-сверхпроводник, представляющие собой планарные слои сегнетоэлектрической пленки Pb-Ti-Zr-O на сверхпроводящей керамике Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O и сверхпроводящей пленки Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O на сегнетоэлектрической керамике Pb-Ti-Zr-O, разделенные барьерными слоями Ag, Au, Pd, Pt. Впервые синтезированы и охарактеризованы пленочные гетероструктуры: подложка LaAlO3 / сверхпроводящая пленка Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x / пленка ZrO2 / сегнетоэлектрическая пленка Pb(Ti0.6Zr0.4)O3, в которых температуры сверхпроводящего и сегнетоэлектрического переходов составляют соответственно 80 и 638 КAdditional details
