Estimation of interelemental interactions by X-ray spectral determination of several components in complex composition samples
- 1. Irkutskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR). Inst. Nefte- i Uglekhimicheskogo Sinteza
Description
Coupling equations are suggested for calculation of concentrations of several constituents in XRF analysis of multicomponent samples. The intensities of analytical lines of elements to be determined and the mass absorption coefficient are used as variables. The coupling eqUations were tested by the determination of Pt, Pd, Rh, Ru, Ir in model and technological solutions. The errors due to mutual effects of the elements were 5-20 times lower
